OFFICERS who have been carrying out enquiries into a racially aggravated public order offence are now in a position to release an image of a man they want to speak to.
A man in his 30s was abused inside a shop on Hathaway Road, Grays on 30 October.
An investigation has been underway since the incident happened and officers are now in a position to release an image of a man they want to identify.
