WAGAMAMA at Festival Leisure Park have kicked off the summer with a bang, with the launch of a brand new menu set to tickle the tastebuds

A family favourite at the Park, Wagamama is famed for its punchy flavours and delicious dishes that have guests coming back for more every time. With staples like the Chicken Katsu and ramens remaining on the menu for those who love a classic, the summer menu also sees the arrival of fantastic new choices.

For a fresh main to enjoy in the warmer weather there is a brand new range of pho to try. A classic Vietnamese dish that’s light, fragrant and fresh, visitors can choose from a selection of light hoki fish, rich chicken thigh or tasty king oyster mushroom toppings to bring the flavour.

A new salad range sees the arrival of three dishes, including the Sweet Chilli Chicken, Sweet Chilli Tofu and Pad Thai Salad. With all three options under 500 calories, this is the perfect option for those looking for some lighter indulgence that doesn’t compromise on taste.

The classic donburi is also back with a twist, with the new Pulled Shiitake Donburi packing the flavour, with sweet and spicy teriyaki shiitake on a bed of sticky white rice and veg. This is a vegan dish for all to enjoy, and is set to delight meat eaters too with its rich and savoury flavours – a new fan favourite perhaps? The donburi is also getting the ‘build your own’ treatment, with customers able to choose their perfect creation from a multi-choice menu. The new addition of cauliflower ‘rice’ is also perfect for those looking for a healthy and low calorie option.

To top off the new arrivals, the Miso Caramel Banana Bread is the perfect end to the perfect meal, with delicious toffee toppings and flavours reminiscent a sticky toffee pudding – with a twist.

The Mindful Drinks section of the drinks menu has also had a revamp for the summer season, with the arrival of the non-alcoholic Strawberry Spritz and Saffron Picante, as well as the Kickstart Juice – a refreshing blend of strawberry, apple, mint and lemon flavours.

Wagamama’s ‘Soul Club’ loyalty app is a must-have for those visiting, with complimentary edamame or Koko Prawn Crackers on offer upon signing up. Plus, members can collect stamps to unlock free sharable dishes after three visits, and a free main after six visits for even more goodness.
