You get the things Virgin claim in their package with most tour operators. We had to sue Virgin in the County Court (and won) due to them not providing and/or reneging on their claims and promises.
A word of warning folks, don’t get fooled and beware if booking with Virgin. I would hate for holiday makers to be put through the Court process Virgin put us through.
