Bluewater launches RE.PAIR clothing alteration service

BLUEWATER has announced the launch of RE.PAIR, a new on-demand service offering expert clothing alterations and repairs.

RE.PAIR provides a seamless solution for guests to have their items altered or repaired, with prices ranging from £6 – £30 for alterations including, length adjustments, de-bobbling, and fastening repairs to an extensive range of garments.


Guests who would like to use the RE.PAIR service can visit the Guest Services desk, located on the Ground Floor next to Marks & Spencer.

There they can scan the QR code to provide details about the alteration before handing their item to one of the team*. The item will then be sent off for repair and will be returned to the guest’s home within 5-7 working days.
