ST. Luke’s Hospice is inviting local schools to host their very own Festive Run to help raise funds for local patients and their families this festive season.

From Christmas Jumper days and carol singing, to bake sales and festive fairs, schools can get creative and organise their own festive event to raise funds for St. Luke’s Hospice.

Whether it’s a small classroom celebration or a whole-school extravaganza, every penny raised will help St. Luke’s Hospice continue to provide specialist, compassionate palliative and end-of-life care in our local community.

All participating schools will receive a handy pack of festive resources and support to bring their event to life.

Kerry Chambers, Community and Events Fundraising Manager at St. Luke’s Hospice, said: “With no set time, location or activity you can make your Festive Run as big or as small as you wish. By taking part in the Festive Run, schools can make a real impact in their community. We’re excited to see how creative schools will get this Christmas – whether it’s a Santa dash, a singalong, or something completely unique!”
