ESSEX property group, Beresfords, has been recognised at the national AllAgents Awards 2025, one of the UK property sector’s most respected benchmarks for customer experience.
At a national level, the group was awarded silver for Overall Agent for Customer Experience in the UK, alongside bronze for the Best Estate Agent category for Customer Experience.
Gold awards were also achieved for Best Lettings Branch for Customer Experience for the Brentwood, Billericay, Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Witham and Upminster branches, and the Dunmow branch received special recognition – achieving gold as the Best Lettings Branch for the whole of Essex.
These accolades place Beresfords among the best-performing agents nationwide for service quality and customer satisfaction and are based solely on verified customer reviews.
The success follows a triumphant end to last year with the agent taking five trophies at the International Property Awards alongside a Highly Commended award at The Negotiator Awards 2025.
