OFFICERS investigating a collision in Tilbury involving a stolen car are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage.
We were notified of a collision involving a red Kuga and a parked silver Jaguar on St Chad’s Road, Tilbury, at around 1.30am on Sunday 8 February.

The Kuga was reported stolen from London and the Jaguar sustained extensive damage.
It was reported that three young people may have been inside the Kuga, which was displaying a false registration plate with a part reg of LY24, at the time of the collision and then made off.
We’re asking anyone who was in the area at the time to let us know if they saw anything suspicious or have information about the occupants of the Kuga that could help us in our investigation.
We’d also ask drivers to check their dash cam to see if they have captured anything.
