SOUTH-East property group, Beresfords, is delighted to announce that Rightmove will return as headline sponsor for its 2026 property dinner and auction held at the prestigious Pan Pacific Hotel in London.
Following the success of the 2025 event which raised a record-breaking £52,808, the annual dinner continues to grow as a flagship occasion in the property industry calendar.

The event will once again bring together regional businesses and key players in support of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT), which supports vital local causes across the region.
The 2025 property dinner marked a milestone year for Beresfords, welcoming over 300 guests and achieving the highest fundraising total in the event’s history.
Returning to the Pan Pacific Hotel London, the 2026 event will be an evening of celebration, networking and fundraising, featuring a drinks reception, three-course dinner, auction and luxury raffle. The continued partnership with Rightmove reflects the strength of the event and the shared commitment to making a meaningful impact within the communities the industry serves.
All proceeds will go directly towards supporting the life-saving work of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.
Paul Beresford, CEO of Beresfords, said: “We are proud to welcome Rightmove back as our headline sponsor for 2026. Their continued support plays a vital role in the growth and success of this event.
“Last year’s dinner exceeded all expectations, raising an incredible £52,808 and bringing together more people than ever before. We’re excited to build on that momentum and make 2026 even bigger and more impactful.”
Rob Goodwin, Area Director of Rightmove, said: “We’re delighted to be continuing our partnership with Beresfords as headline sponsor of the 2026 property dinner. The strength of our long‑standing relationship, combined with the outstanding success of last year’s event, made this a very natural decision for us. Seeing the industry come together to raise such an impressive amount for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance was incredibly inspiring, and we’re proud to support another exceptional evening that delivers real impact for an important local cause.”
Rightmove is the first of several major sponsors to be confirmed for the 2026 event, with further announcements to follow in the coming months.
Tickets will be available soon to book, with a limited number of sponsorship opportunities open to businesses looking to align their brand with a standout evening of fundraising, collaboration and community spirit.
