GRAYS Athletic Football Club has announce that shareholder members have re-elected directors Steve Skinner and Glyn Jarvis, vice chairman Gavin Holland and chairman Lee Vehit to the Club’s Board of Directors for a further three-year term.
A club statement says: “The re-election reflects the confidence and support of the Club’s shareholder members as Grays Athletic continues to grow and build towards an exciting future both on and off the pitch.
“Over the coming years, the Board will continue to focus on delivering long-term stability, strengthening the Club’s foundations, and progressing plans that will support the next chapter in Grays Athletic’s proud history.
Mr Vehit said: “I am incredibly proud and honoured to continue leading Grays Athletic Football Club following the support shown by our shareholder members and fellow Board members. We are entering one of the most exciting periods in the Club’s recent history, with the prospect of Ship Lane on the horizon and a new management team in place to help drive us forward.
“There is a real sense of optimism throughout the Club. Together with my fellow Board members, our volunteers, supporters, players and staff, we are committed to building a sustainable and successful future for Grays Athletic. We look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead and to sharing this exciting journey with everyone connected to the club.”
The club statement adds its Board would like to thank all supporters for their continued trust and support and it forward to working together to deliver continued progress for Grays Athletic Football Club over the next three years.
