POLICE are appealing for information following a collision in Grays which left a pedestrian seriously injured.

We were called to Hogg Lane at around 6.25am on Friday (19 June) with reports a red Honda and a pedestrian had been in collision at the zebra crossing by Morrisons.

The pedestrian – a woman – sustained serious injury to her pelvis and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Investigating officers believe there may be people who had seen what happened that they’ve not spoken to and we’d urge them to come forward.
