Thurrock Rugby club question council plans over school build

A REPRESENTATIVE of Thurrock Rugby Club has questioned Thurrock Council’s plans to build a school on their pitches at Blackshots.

Mr Martin Healy asked the questions that relate to the mooted build of a second William Edwards School.
