Goals by Evans Kouassi (7′), Joseph Auwatubilluda (40′), Elliott Ronto (66′) and Harrison Chatting (71′) secured all three points for the fellow Essex side.
The result leaves Grays Ath in ninth place just three points off the top.
They return to action on Saturday in the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round away at Maldon and Tiptree.
