Chadwell St Mary patient partnership group are holding a health day on Saturday 18 September.
The health day which is being held at Herringham School, St Mary’s Road, Chadwell St Mary from 10 am to 2pm is open to everyone to attend. There will be lots of fun things to do for all the family so bring the children.
Charlotte Smith, Chair of the patient partnership group said: “Don’t be put off by the title ‘Health Day’. The event is aimed at encouraging you to take more control of your own health, making you aware of what help is on offer. But it is being done in a light hearted way showing that taking care of yourself can be fun”.
There will be 10min taster session exercise classes including Zumba and Pilates which you can take part in and plenty of stalls to look round.
For the children attending there will be bouncy castles and face paintiig all of which will be free of charge.
