GRAYS Athletic’s went down to an in-form Waltham Abbey on Saturday morning.
Goal spy Lewwis Spence (6 and 37), Luke Deslandes (39) and Prince Domafriyie (84) secured all three points for the Abbey.
Grays’ scorers were: Luke Hirst (24′ and 69′) and Samir Ali (32′)
The result leaves Grays in twelfth place, twelve points off the play off places.
They return to league action on Tuesday at home to Basildon.
