The Aveley Youth Falcons under-9’s have won the Mercury Division of the Thundermite league for the 2011/2012 season. They won with two games in hand after a very successful season.
The team are managed and coached by Faye Lambert and Paul Bone, who are really proud of everything they have achieved.
Faye Lambert said: “The team have been together for three years and are a fantastic bunch who work hard and never fail to amaze or their families.
“Following their final game of the season this Sunday they are off to take part in a tournament at Butlins and the whole team are looking forward to showing teams from across the country what they can do as well as enjoy a well deserved holiday.
“
