GATES open at 9.45 on both Saturday and Sunday (2 and 3 June) for the free event and details of what is on the main stage have just been released.
Cllr Lynn Worrall, Thurrock Council’s portfolio holder for culture, said: “Come along and have a great time. The weather forecast is looking good and T-Fest this year will have something for everyone.”
Family focused and celebrating everything that is great about Thurrock’s communities, T-Fest 12 is a little different this year with links to the Olympic Torch Relay and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
As well as headline acts — below — the family-oriented attractions will include a mini-Olympic arena, a bunting workshop, a food court and a fun fair.
There will also be an opportunity to sign up to the Grays Loyalty Card scheme, launched at last weekend, providing discounts at a number of retailers in the town.
Free programmes for the event will be available at local libraries and the Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, from Thursday.
