ENGLAND World Cup winner Heather Fisher has signed for Thurrock Tbirds!
The Flanker from Worcester becomes the latest international to sign for the boroughs premier sporting club!
Heather who has recently been made a professional 7s rugby player with The RFU joins Mercedes Foy, Emily Scott, Rachael Burford & Kay Wilson as Thurrock’s England internationals !
The coaching staff are obviously ecstatic with the stellar signing that shows the intent of the club to rejoin the countries Elite in the Premiership!
Dean White added "we have been a fan for a couple of years and with the help of our sponsors especially World Freight Ltd we are able to entice the players of Fishers ability"!
Heather who suffers from alopecia was also a GB bobsleigher before turning to rugby!
