THURROCK Police Officers patrol and engage within the community as much as possible. To further progress community engagement, Dedicated Neighbourhood Officer’s (DNC) and PCSO’s hold regular street meetings and bi-monthly Local Community Meeting’s (LCM).
Street meetings are held by PCSO’s on a weekly basis and are designed to allow the community to meet their local team, to find out what is going on in the area and what the team are doing.
The bi-monthly LCM’s are held by the DNC and a PCSO to provide the community an opportunity to meet the DNC & PCSO, to discuss what’s happening in the area and to answer any question’s you may have.
The next LCM is the Thursday 12th February 2015 between 1000 and 1200 at Chadwell Information Centre, Brentwood Road, Chadwell St Mary.
All street meetings and LCM’s are advertised on the Essex Police website, under My Neighbourhood, Thurrock District. Select the appropropiate ward and then ‘Events’.
