DELAYS on rail line between London Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness
Update: 1435 hrs
Lines have reopened following an obstruction on the overhead wires at Stanford-le-Hope.
Residual delays of up to 20 minutes expected while c2c services recover.
This is expected to continue until 16:00.
