A SOUTH OCKENDON is set to stand trial over an allegation that he touched a five-year-old child.
It is alleged that between 1/11/2014 and 1/12/2014, Robert Kettlety, 52, Eden Green, South Ockendon "touched a 5-year-old boy and that the touching was sexual"
Kettlety is set to return to Basildon Crown Court on September 7th.
He was released on unconditional bail.
Kettlety denies the charge.
