KIERON Harris from Thurrock Swimming Club competed at this year’s national short course championships held in Nottingham.
Even though Kieron was unwell, he still performed well and was way ahead of the field in the 14 year age group category.
All in all, Kieron achieved a personal best time in the 100 back (1:18) and came home with six gold medals and three shields in recognition of his performance in the 14 and under age group.
