HUNDREDS of mourners attended the funeral of Stanford-le-Hope man Quhey Saunders on Thursday morning.
Holy Cross RC church in Easington Way, South Ockendon was packed as people paid their respects to the young man who died at a service station on the M2.
Many people also stood outside.
Afterwards the cortege proceeded through South Ockendon and then through to Stanford-le-Hope where Quhey’s burial was planned to take place.
