John McDermott fights for the British Heavyweight Champs tomorrow (May 2nd) in Sunderland.
The fight, once again, pits him against Danny Williams whom many believe John beat in a highly controversial fight earlier this year.
We spoke to John about his and mental and physical preparation for the fight.
