It is going to be a busy political week in Thurrock as many of the political bandwagons hit town as part of the Euro Elections on June 4th.
It is also the week of the Annual Council in Thurrock (Wed) which is usually a ceremonial occasion but with rumours of succession discontent and last minute bids by the Labour Group to plot a last minute conversion, there still could be sparks.
Then again, it may be that Maureen Pearce will be installed as Mayor and they will all traipse off to the buffet.
