There is a vibrant spirit at the Chadwell Community Forum and they are not backwards at coming forward. They are the ideal pressure group and perhaps represent best why the forums were invented in the first place.
We spoke to Peter Saunders as they hosted an Information Post and found out about the issues in the Chadwell village.
