The Opening of Café des Artistes
Students and teachers from William Edwards have welcomed a taste of the exotic into their school in the form of a french cafe.
Café des Artistes started out as just a simple brainwave by the Deputy Headmaster of William Edwards School, Ralph Henderson. He believed that the possibility of recreating a french cafe would be a unique learning resource to encourage contextualized learning for everyone.
As expected, his enthusiasm for this exciting project was shared by students and teachers alike. So, after a considerable amount of dedication, support and hard work, Café des Artistes is no longer a small idea but is instead a very impressive reality.
