The Grime, rap and Mc artists from around the borough are making the transition from appearing on the streets to learning the ropes in the studio to appearing on stage.
Thurrock Youth and Connexions Service created a 12-week Pathways to Employment music project that has given the artists a chance to hone all these key skills.
The culmination will be a show next thursday at the Thameside Theatre.
On the night the young people will perform, co-ordinate, film and host the event.
This will include a combination of MC’s, singers and dancers.
Also in attendance will be Murkleman and MC Jammer, a well-known producer and MC from London, who is part of the Boy Better Know collective.
The performance starts from 7 to 11pm.
Tickets for the night cost £3.
