Palmer’s College saw its A-level pass rate on par with last year at 97%.
68% of A-level students gained A, B or C grades whilst 39.2% of the College’s A-level students attained ‘high’ A/B grades.
24 subjects out of 38 gained 100% pass rates in comparison to 20 subjects last year.
A-level subjects with 100% pass rates included ICT, Biology, Economics, English, Sociology, Further Mathematics, Dance and Physics.
72 students obtained triple distinctions in their BTEC National Diploma courses, an increase of 13% from last year.
Mark Vinall, Principal of Palmer’s College said: ” We are delighted with the
outstanding achievements of our students this year.
“These superb results reinforce what a fantastic year we have had and I am confident that we will continue to deliver brilliant results again next year.”
