IT was a busy day at Grangewaters Outdoor Centre in South Ockendon as hundreds of students learned the basics of driver safety.
Using a variety of methods, Thurrock Council’s Road Safety Department made great strides in getting the message across.
The statistics are well documented as to fatal accidents involving young people at the wheel.
