THE RECYCLING 1-2-3 campaign in Thurrock has attracted a lot of attention as the three differently coloured bins have been rolled out. Yasmin Newton, Rogers Road, Grays is a great fan of the new system. Thurrock Council has found a real ambassador here. We spoke to Yasmin about why she believes it is a good system.
