THERE IS a great night of entertainment at the Corringham Village Hall this saturday (Oct 10th) on behalf of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The night will consist of two acts:Night Moves www.nightmovestheband.co.uk (who perform everything from Soul and Motown through to Rock, Pop and classic floor-filling Disco tracks); and Tony Vegas who will be performing his renowned Rat Pack tribute act.
Food and drink will be available and the night will also feature a raffle for which some fantastic prizes have been donated including: personal training sessions; luxury hampers; a limited edition, leather-bound No1 selling book “The White Queen” signed by the author Philippa Gregory; Hair cut & colour worth £70 – plus many many more.
Organiser Loretta Prince said: “My motivation for organising this gig is my friend Neil Platt who died of the disease early this year. He was just 34 and a new father.
“We want to try and get as many last-minute tickets sold as possible to really raise a good sum for the cause.
