The generous teachers and pupils at The Gateway Academy in Tilbury presented a cheque worth £725 to Little Havens last week after organising a variety of fundraising activities.
Donna Byrne, Community Fundraiser for Little Havens, attended the presentation and was overwhelmed by the support those at The Gateway Academy continue to show.
It has to be noted, that The Gateway Academy are always helping a variety of charities and it is about time they were acknowledged for their kindness and generosity. So, on behalf of YourThurrock, I would like to congratulate The Gateway Academy for their remarkable charity work, and we will look forward to many more cheque presentations in the future!
