CROWDS are set to flock to Lakeside this weekend to watch Diversity kick off the festive season.
The dance troupe, which includes Gable Hall School pupil Perri Kiely, from South Ockendon, will be performing some of its unique routines on a specially created stage in a car park at the shopping centre on Sunday.
The 11 strong group will be perform next to Lakeside’s outdoor Christmas tree, which will be lit up for the event.
Visitors can also mingle with characters from Thameside Theatre’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, while other festive fun will be on the agenda.
The boys have been wowing the crowds at Lakeside for years and were regular performers at the centre until they hit the big time by winning Britain’s Got Talent earlier this year.
Diversity will be performing in Car Park 3 at 1pm.
