THE STUDENTS at Stifford Clays primary school spent an afternoon last week discussing the key issues that affect them in the debating chamber of Thurrock Council.
Led by councillor Diana Hale, the students took some decisive action especially regarding parking outside the school!
Cllr Hale said: “They all debated and discussed to a very high level. The students clearly thought very deeply about the subjects. It looks like democracy is in safe hands.”
