THERE have been some well documented incidents in the UK and in the borugh where people have head their heads burned and scalded by hairdressers who do not possess the necessary qualifications or indeed the insurance.
So what certificates do hairdressers have. We spoke to Debbie Eagles from the Classic Hair Company in Tilbury to assess what they have and if Debbie would call for far more regulations.
