MOMENTUM may be the key to the respective political campaigns. The Tory campaign in Thurrock led by prospective parliamentary candidate, Jackie Doyle-Price has been steadily gathering steam.
The seat is Target Seat: 125 as they attempt to make inroads into the 6,375 majority held by Labour.

Shadow Secretary for the Environment, Nick Herbert MP came to the borough to lend Jackie her support. We met Mr Herbert in Aveley where he was particularly impressed by the campaign by the Aveley councillors to protect the Green Belt.
