Thurrock FC have paid tribute to another loyal player Leon McKenzie who has collected one hundred appearances for the club.
Saturday’s fixture against St Albans City saw Leon become the sixth member of the Thurrock First Team squad to make 100 appearances, joining David Bryant, Kenny Clark, Lee Flynn, Fola Orilonishe and Matt Paine.
All the six players have been brought to the club by current manager Hakan Hayrettin.
A club spokesperson said: “This shows the faith that the manager has in his players which is now being rewarded with Thurrock having its best season for quite some time”
