EVEN though it is half term, staff at St Clere’s are busy preparing for the next big push in the academic calendar.
YourThurrock caught up with them to reflect upon what the recent Ofsted meant to them and where they go from here.
It is clear that the staff are like one big family where fledgling teachers, many former students, are giving their first break in teaching, working alongside seasoned professionals.
What is also clear as we discussed systems such as behaviour and attendance is that the system remains pupil centred and has the students needs at its core at all times.
