Stuart Fey runs a tight ship at The Bell Inn in Horndon on the Hill , As head chef its his job to run the award winning restaurant ,decide on the ever changing menu ,order the produce and nurture young talent.
So he’s feeling pretty pleased with himself at the moment because one of his protégés Chris Carter was voted recently as Young Chef of the Year.
And that’s a difficult award to win. So always on the look out for free food YT investigated.
