THURROCK Park resident, Keith Hatcher first came to our attention as he stood as an Independent candidate in the recent local elections. Keith obtained over 300 votes. He stood, because he was concerned about the local issues surrounding his corner of Little Thurrock.
He also pledged to keep on fighting for what concerns the residents not least of which was the mooted expansion of the Port of Tilbury into green belt land very near to the Thurrock Park estate.
