SOME of the best Thurrock talent on show … and a slap up meal too!
The Thurrock Youth Cabinet is holding a charity banquet on Thursday, 24 June at the Park Inn, North Stifford and tickets are still available.
The formal evening will see Mayor of Thurrock, Cllr Anne Cheale, other councillors, Thurrock’s Member of the Youth Parliament and the Youth Cabinet enjoying entertainment from local young people whose projects have benefited from the Youth Opportunity and Capital Fund held by the Youth Cabinet.
The aim of the evening is to raise money for the Thurrock Community Chest and the Help for Heroes charity.
A reception 6.15pm in the garden with Music from the Thurrock Music Service opens the event. It will be followed by a three-course meal and displays from the Thurrock Bangra dance group and DC Dance from Stanford (Ballroom dancing) and finish with light party music from the Youth Cabinet
