IT WAS a school for sleuths last week at Grays School and Media Arts College. As part of the Arts Week, the Year 7 students set about solving some crimes. In the spirit of the school’s specialism, every aspect of media art was used.
The use of a CSI day was, first and foremost, fun but the way the day was delivered enabled the students to develop and nurture a whole host of skills that will grow over the next five years.
YourThurrock spoke to teacher Adam Leadbeater about how the day was developed and how the students have responded to it.
