THERE is something intrinsically cool about the Lambretta and the whole Mod scene. The bikes, the clothes, the music, the whole philosophy. Put that together with a fund-raising day at the Rising Sun in Stanford-le-Hope for Help for Heroes and you have a fine cause and a perfect sunday afternoon.
We spoke to the organisers from the Stanford Parkas about their fund-raising activities and the continuing appeal of the Mod scene.
