CARELESS mistakes cost points and matches will be the lesson learned by Thurrock as they crashed to their second consecutive defeat of the season.
The first ten minutes were all Thurrock but twice, when they were on the Woodford line, did they make these careless mistakes that the referee had no hesistation in pulling them up for. So it was no surprise when after Woodford opened the scoring that their skipper Aaron Burns made it very plain that that type of play would lose them the game.
