“WHAT will determine whether the cafe is a success or not?” was the question we posed to Head of Catering Operations Ronnie Wyatt-Goodwin. His answer was: “Qualifications and employment”
The Incafe is a unique partnership between South Essex college and Thurrock Council. The in-house restaurant will be staffed and operated by students at the college for the benefit of council staff and visitors.
