A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with a fatal collision on the M25 at South Ockendon which happened on Friday, October 15.
A 54-year-old man from Wickford was arrested on Saturday, October 16, on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been released on police bail pending further enquiries to December 14.
A 24-year-old man from Basildon arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until December 15.
