A woman who went missing from her home has been found.
Friends and family of Sharon McNeill raised the alarm after she went missing from her home in Silverdale East in Stanford-Le-Hope.
The 46-year-old had been due to visit her parents on Monday but failed to turn up and her husband reported her missing.
Police launched a search as fears grew for Mrs McNeill’s safety after it was found she left home with her medication for diabetes, keys, purse and mobile phone.
She was last seen at 8.30am on Monday but was found safe and well on Tuesday afternoon.
