IT almost seems like the word unspoken. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of love lost between the Citizens Advice Bureau and Thurrock Council especially when it comes to the homeless strategy.
The CAB believe they have a more rounded service and more helpful approach than a certain “bureaucratic” approach from the council. Having said that, according to statistics, homelessness in the borough is down.
So what is the approach to homelessness from the CAB and in what ways does it differ from the council’s approach?
