Police are appealing for help to identify a man they wish to speak to in connection with a sexual assault that happened near Grays High Street.
On Thursday, September 2 at 1pm, a suspect approached a girl in her early teens and kissed and hugged her without her consent.
Investigating officer, Pc Richard Clark, said: “This picture is very clear, and we are hoping to find out who this man is as he may have important information in connection with our enquiries. Thankfully the girl was unharmed, but would have been left upset by this. No-one should be inappropriately touched without their consent, so if you can give us any information, it may help with our investigation.”
