Two Cubs from the 1st Ockendon Pack that meet at the Ockendon Scout and Guide Group Headquarters in Tamarisk Road, South Ockendon were presented with their Chief Scouts Silver Award by District Cub Scout Leader, Kath Manby recently.
The award is the culmination of two years hard work completing six challenges, based on Outdoors, Fitness, Creative, Community, Global and Promise and is the highest award available to Cub Scouts.
Group Scout Leader Colin Ward said, ‘We are very proud of Harry and Jack on their achievement which shows a lot of commitment and dedication.’
